All items sold by Jo & Co Creations are made to order. Turn Around Time is 5-15 business day excluding holidays and weekends. Please note TAT starts the business day following the day order is placed.  Turn Around Time is the time is takes for your items to be processed and made. It does not include the time it takes to ship the items. Jo & Co Creations is not responsible for shipping/handling times or delays once the package has been shipped and is in possession of mail courier (USPS, UPS, etc.)  

Items can potentially ship faster depending on the workweek, BUT THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.

If an item needs to be made sooner, please send a message to joandcocreations@yahoo.com PRIOR to ordering to ensure I can accommodate your need by the requested date. Extra fees may apply.

If you are local to Corpus Christi, TX, there is an option for free delivery. Make sure to leave your address and you will be notified the day product will be delivered. Products will be left in mailbox or at doorstep; time varies. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

• We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
• Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance.
• Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered".
• You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.
• If you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Everything is made to order, therefore we are not able to refund or return any items. 

If anything arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receiving and we will work out a resolution.
